The Inhomogeneity Properties dialog allows the redefinition of the hydraulic conductivity, aquifer base, porosity, and aquifer recharge (due to precipitation). These domains are bounded by polygons, may be nested, and have common boundary sections. After entering the data and clicking OK the user can define the polygon on screen by use of the mouse. Note the Scenarios tab, which allows the definition of symbolic names for the hydraulic conductivity and the recharge to be used for implementing model scenarios and conducting parameter optimization by use of PEST.
